"I initially started my fitness training just to get fitter and healthier. It has developed into just being a part of my everyday lifestyle and who I now am in general. I love to be out training in the fresh air, numerous times every week with an awesome trainer. Even my holidays nowadays generally have some fitness activity involved somewhere.
My general health and fitness have been hugely improved from my training. Since training with Matt my running times have reduced significantly with my ½ marathon time now being over 20 mins less than it was previously, and with 11 minutes off my 10k and 3 ½ minutes off my 5k times!"
