What do I need to wear to sessions?

Your usual activewear/sports clothing and trainers. We recommend dressing in layers appropriate to the weather and wearing a hat and gloves in colder weather. You may wish to wear clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty as some exercises involve sitting or lying on the ground.

What do I bring to sessions?
  • You may want to bring a water bottle with you to sessions to ensure you remain hydrated as there are no drinking facilities. We also recommend sunscreen and a hat in hot weather, along with a hat and gloves in colder weather.
Do I need to be fit to join?
  • Our sessions are suitable for beginners and regular exercisers of all abilities. Each session will be tailored around your individual fitness levels, and there will be a range of abilities at each session
What happens if I can't attend a session but have already paid?
  • We have a 1 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 1 hour of the session time will still be charged as though the session had been attended.
Where can I leave my personal possessions?

Due to Covid-19 risks our instructors unfortunately cannot accept custody of any personal items such as keys or clothing during sessions. Please only bring what you are able to keep with you.

Are sessions all year round?
  • We run sessions all year round and in all weather conditions. However, we are closed over Christmas and bank holidays. All scheduled closures will be visible on our timetable.

Are there toilets?
  • Public toilets are located near our Willen site. All other locations do not have any public toilet facilities.
