Outdoor fitness classes With A TWIST

Become the best version of yourself. All of our outdoor fitness classes available at Mayhem Fitness has been designed with you in mind. Coaches recognise that everyone is on their own, unique journey so do not take a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, you will work as a team to reach your goals while having fun along the way! 

What to expect

The humble bootcamp done the Mayhem way. We love putting our spin on a great classic and our bootcamp has its own unique style and sense of fun. Whatever your age or level of ability our bootcamp will improve your level of fitness with a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises. It is also a really upbeat class and a great opportunity to come and socialise with your fellow Mayhem members. We even promise there will never be any shouting from our coaches to kill the positive vibes!

Yes the beauty of every Mayhem bootcamp is that they are designed for all level of abilities. We scale both the exercises given and distance run that you can both do and will get you results no matter your fitness level.

what to expect

If you are looking for a high energy all-body resistance workout then Kettlebell Mayhem is going to be your go-to session of the week. The class is perfect for giving you a great cardio workout whilst maintaining and building lean muscle mass with only one piece of equipment!

IS KETTLEBELLS RIGHT FOR ME?

If you have never swung a kettlebell before our coaches will support, guide and coach you to enjoy a new way of training at our sessions. If you are experienced with kettlebells, then our coaches know how to squeeze every last drop of sweat and effort out of you at each station (and they will!). Forget moving round in a circle with uninspiring timed drills; this class has all the energy and variety you need to get you seeing results and enjoying getting Mayhem-fit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Not just your average circuits class, Super-Circuit Mayhem, is a complete one-stop destination to improve your overall fitness and muscle strength and endurance. Each circuit is always designed with various well-thought-out exercise and equipment options. This means that you will always attend a session which is tailored to your own personal level of ability, but which also allows you scope to progress from session to session.

IS SUPER CIRCUITS RIGHT FOR ME?

If you have never lifted a weight before our coaches will support, guide and coach you to enjoy a new way of training at our sessions. If you are experienced with weights, then our coaches know how to squeeze every last drop of sweat and effort out of you at each station (and they will!).

JOIN A RUNNING COMMUNITY

Whether you are new to running or an experienced runner, getting Mayhem run-fit is guaranteed to improve your running fitness. Never just a one pace non-stop running session, our run-fit classes are always fun and varied interval training classes with a great social atmosphere of support and encouragement. If you own a pair of trainers, then this class is perfect for you!

Here at Mayhem Fitness, we believe that no two running sessions should be the same and that a “one size fits all” approach should never be taken. Instead, we design classes that will keep you motivated and inspired, covering the following areas:

WHAT TO EXPECT

Boxing Mayhem is a  great way to get in shape, improve your cardiovascular health, and build strength and endurance. This session combines traditional boxing techniques with the classic Mayhem to provide a fantastic full-body workout

is boxing mayhem right for me​?

Boxing Mayhem is suitable for all levels of abilities. If you have never thrown a punch before our coaches will support you, guide you and help you get the most our of your punches. Go at your own pace and enjoy that amazing feeling boxing fitness gives you.

You will be able to record your workouts and track your progress on the Mayhem app enabling you to get the best results possible.
