"Training outdoors has provided me with lot of benefits and a welcome change from inside a gym. Being outside is fantastic as you enjoy great scenery and train in all different weathers. The classes are never the same twice. You don’t know where you will end up going or doing, which always makes for a real varied fitness class.
I have gained so many friends from group training sessions and Matt is a big advocate of organising and encouraging activities outside of the classes. This includes social meet ups, quiz nights and fitness events. I also enjoyed taking on the ‘Superhuman Games’ with Matt in a one day fitness festival in Bristol. The event was a great weekend away with fun, laughter, and some tough workouts thrown in!
