What To Expect:
The humble bootcamp done the Mayhem way. We love putting our spin on a great classic, and our bootcamp has its own unique style and sense of fun. Whatever your age or level of ability, our bootcamp will improve your level of fitness with a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises. It is also a really upbeat class and a great opportunity to come and socialise with your fellow Mayhem members. We even promise there will never be any shouting from our instructors to kill the positive vibes!
Bootcamps are the perfect choice for those who would like to work out almost every muscle in the body, leaving feeling well and truly revitalised. They involve a combination of several different exercises, meaning you’ll never get bored!
