If you don’t fancy working out in a crowded gym right now, with poor ventilation and the smell of disinfectant, then outdoor bootcamps are definitely the way to go! You can train with us at two of the most charming MK beauty spots, at Furzton Lake and Willen Lake North, and enjoy breathing fresh air and soaking up some mood boosting sunshine with a great Milton Keynes Bootcamp. All sessions are socially distanced and Covid secure, without feeling unnatural or regimented, so you can just relax and enjoy the feeling of getting fit in the great outdoors. Most of us have been stuck inside for months, so now is the time to get active outside!
4. You will become relentless, unstoppable and invincible
Yes that’s right, you are going to feel like you could take on the world! Every Milton Keynes Bootcamp will have you digging deep, pushing yourself to your limits and achieving things you never thought were possible with your fitness. And the best part is that you will do it all with a smile on your face (well, most of the time…!). Our bootcamps are all high energy with plenty of group camaraderie and banter. You will have all the support and encouragement you need to become relentless, unstoppable and invincible in your fitness mindset, and to tell yourself: #IAMAYHEM! I can do this! Bring it on!
5. You will be part of a fitness family
Possibly the best reason of all for joining our bootcamp is that you will meet lots of likeminded people and have great fun making new friends. Not only are the sessions themselves really sociable, but we have a really active facebook community and regular organised Mayhem social events. Newcommers are always welcome and lots those bootcampers who have been training together for years have made life-long friendships. We love how supportive and encouraging our members are to eachother and our bootcamps have a really friendly, fitness family vibe.
